1. Ticket Deposit Policy

  • Customers may be asked to pay a deposit for their tickets as instructed directly by an S Trip Vietnam customer service representative (Hotline: 1900 8164).
  • Paying a deposit ensures that your reservation is secured, especially during peak hours or on weekends.

2. Secure Transfer Information

  • To ensure transaction security and avoid the risk of fraud, please bank transfer only to the sole company account listed below:

  • Account Holder: S TRIP VIET NAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY
  • Bank: Vietinbank – Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank
  • Sample transfer description: [Customer Name] + [Phone Number] + [Departure Date]

 

3. Pay the remaining balance

  • After paying the required deposit, you will pay the remaining balance directly to the driver or assistant upon boarding the vehicle.
  • We accept payment of the remaining balance in cash or via instant bank transfer, as instructed by the driver at that time.

4. Important Note

  • Please do not transfer funds to any personal accounts that are not officially listed.
  • After making the transfer, please take a photo of the transaction receipt to provide to the call center if necessary.
  • All claims related to payment transactions will be based on the bank transfer receipt for the company account specified above.
