Yes. In Hanoi, S-Trip offers free door-to-door pickup and drop-off services in the districts of Hoan Kiem (Old Quarter), Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung, and Tay Ho. In Sa Pa, we provide door-to-door pickup at hotels in the city center or within a 5-kilometer radius of our office. In Lao Cai, we offer door-to-door pickup and drop-off within a 5-kilometer radius of the city center. In Lao Cai, we provide door-to-door pickup within a 5-kilometer radius of the city center.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be processed for a refund; if the refund is approved, the customer will receive the refund minus a 50% service fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of departure are non-refundable.
