Pickup/Drop-off Policy by Area

In Hanoi

  • Individual travelers: Door-to-door pickup and drop-off in Hoàn Kiếm (Old Quarter), Ba Đình, Hai Bà Trưng, Tây Hồ, and hospitals/hotels in the area.
  • Groups of 5 or more guests: We offer pick-up and drop-off services in the following areas: Đống Đa, Cầu Giấy, Hoàng Mai, and parts of Thanh Xuân and Nam/Bắc Từ Liêm.
  • Groups of 10 or more guests outside the city center: Please contact our hotline for information on shuttle services.
  • Fixed locations: 23 Tu Mo, Hoa Binh Park, Noi Bai; 214 Tran Quang Khai; 80 Hong Tien; 56 Pho Vong; 51 Minh Khai.

In Sapa & Lao Cai

  • Downtown Sa Pa: Pickup at your hotel in town (30–45 minutes before departure) or at our office at 697 Dien Bien Phu Street.
  • Sa Pa: For locations farther from the city center, such as Tả Van, we require a minimum of 5 guests.
  • Lao Cai: Pickup available within a 5-kilometer radius of downtown Lao Cai or at our office at 55 Nguyen Hue Street.
  • Standard route: 80 Hong Tien -> Bac Thang Long -> Noi Bai -> Lao Cai City -> Sapa Office (approx. 6.5 hours).

Ticket Policies & Other Rules

Ticket Exchange and Cancellation Policy
  • Ticket changes: Please contact the hotline at least one day in advance (excluding holidays, Tet, and weekends), subject to actual seat availability.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours: We will assist with ticket cancellation; if successful, a refund will be issued after deducting a 50% service fee.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours: No refunds will be issued; the customer must pay the full ticket price.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days (cash/bank transfer).
Child Passenger Regulations
  • Under Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP (effective January 1, 2025), all children (including infants) are counted as one independent passenger.
Disclaimer
  • S-Trip reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time.
  • We do not compensate for indirect damages or costs incurred as a result of schedule changes.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the matter will be handled in accordance with the law and the actual circumstances.
